PROFITEERING FEEDBACK FORM

Since 5 May 2002, Profiteering Feedback Forms have been made available at all community centres/clubs (CCs). Residents who wish to provide feedback on any profiteering activities could fill up the form and hand it back to the CCs. The form can also be sent through this website. If you prefer, you may also print out this form, fill it up in any of our four official languages, then either hand it over to any CC, or fax to CAP at 63481297.
